General Appointment Expectations

To maintain a secure and efficient facility environment:


  • Appointments are required before arrival
     
  • Walk-in service is not authorized
     
  • Unauthorized persons may not enter secured areas
     
  • Certain appointments may require additional verification before appointment confirmation can be given




Appointment Confirmation & Release Verification

To protect client interests, maintain secure release procedures, and properly coordinate vehicle movement, all appointment requests submitted through our scheduling system are considered requests only until formally confirmed by our office.


Your submission of a requested date or time does not guarantee that an appointment date and time has been approved or reserved.


After your request is received, our system will acknowledge submission and a member of our team will review availability, file authorization, and release requirements before issuing a final confirmation.


Important:


Please carefully monitor your text messages and email notifications for appointment confirmation prior to arrival.


Only appointments that receive an confirmation from our office will be honored.


Unconfirmed appointment requests will not be met upon arrival.


Please also review all confirmations carefully, as the final confirmed appointment date and time may differ from the time originally requested.




Transport Appointments

Transporter appointments are required for all vehicle pickups, deliveries, and third-party transport coordination involving vehicles held or released through our facility.

To help avoid delays, all transport appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to arrival. Please go to our "Schedule Appointments" tab at the top of the page to schedule your appointment today!





Before Arrival


Please ensure the following is provided before your scheduled appointment:


  • Transport company name
     
  • Driver full name
     
  • Direct callback number
     
  • Vehicle year, make, model, and VIN requesting to transport out
     
  • Bill of lading


Driver Requirements


All transport drivers must present:


  • Valid government-issued photo identification


  • Bill of lading
     

Drivers arriving without proper documentation may experience delays or be required to reschedule.


Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule for the next available appointment time no sooner than the following business day.


Because vehicle movement, storage access, and operational staffing are coordinated around scheduled appointments, timely arrival is important.



We appreciate your cooperation in following all appointment procedures, as these measures help maintain a secure, efficient, and professionally managed process for vehicle releases, personal property retrievals, and transports.
